April 7, 2025The Golaghat Purbanchalik College Student Grievance Redressal Cell has been constituted to look into the complaints registered by any student of the institution and redress it accordingly. The GRC (Grievance Redressal Cell) aims to maintain a convenient ambience of academic teaching and learning by providing the students with proper facilities of both academic and non- academic. When any grievance is brought to the notice of the cell, the GRC will consider redressing grievances and find possible solutions within a reasonable period of time.
Procedure of filing complaint –
- Students can state their grievances regarding any academic and non- academic matter by sending emails to the following E-mail IDs
- Students also have the option of dropping their complaints in the drop box provided in the college campus.
- Students may feel free to lodge their complaints as strict confidentiality will be maintained regarding their identity.
- Students need not reveal their name and other details while lodging their complaints and their writing can be anonymous. However, in the case of any personal problem that they may be facing they may give contact numbers which will help the committee members to get in touch with them.
